研究方向

研究新型二维纳米材料中的基础物理现象和优异电学性质:通过设计、制备和测量基于二维纳米材料的微纳米级电子器件,探索新奇微观电子行为和开发高效电学性能,包括石墨烯,过渡金属硫化物,手性磁性材料, 黑磷等。先后在Nature CommunicationsPhysical Review LettersAdvanced MaterialsNano LettetsSCI刊物上发表学术论文30余篇,同行引用700余次,获得了第八届中国青少年科技创新奖和欧洲材料学会青年科学家等荣誉称号。
